Accident, Hospital, and Critical Illness
Depending on what kind of Health Plan or Car Insurance you have, you may need an extra plan like one of these Ancillary Products to fill in gaps in coverage. Click the link above to learn more.

If you enroll into any of these plans directly with Florida Blue, USAble, Florida Combined Life (FCL), or Ameritas. Then their Corporate Office will be your Agent of Record and that can NEVER be changed unless you have a lapse in coverage, which is not advised!
