The PrimeStar Boost Dental Plan is the middle option of the three Dental Plans this carrier has to offer. This plan and the PrimeStar Complete Dental have different options for Basic and Major Services. Please review both plans if you think those services apply to you.

All Ameritas Dental Plans use their Classic PPO Dental Network. If you already have a Dentist, please click the image below to visit their online Provider Directory to see if the location you visit participates in that network so you can utilize the plan benefits.

If you do not have a dentist already, we can send you a list of ones in your area that are Accepting New Patients and participating in the Ameritas Classic PPO Network once you have purchased one of their plans.

If you didn’t visit the Ameritas FAQ Page, don’t forget, their Dental plans don’t have Wait Periods and can be effective immediately.
